Bonanza is an NBC western series that resided on air from September 12,1959 to January 16, 1973. It lasted for  14 seasons which lasted longer than most western series aside from Gunsmoke. It's cast consisted of Lorne Greene, Pernell Roberts, Dan Blocker, Michael Landon and David Canary
